At the start of the school year, to meet around a large table, the Paëlla returns with the expertise of Dessirier.
In addition to pan-fried rice, chicken, chorizo and peas, this mythical dish of Spanish gastronomy is available in two ways: Langoustines and Wild Prawns in a more conventional version or, Whole Langouste or Lobster in a Royal version. The dish arrives on the table and we enjoy scraping the pan with its rice deliciously caramelized by cooking. Only served on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday for lunch and dinner), it allows you to reinvent Sunday lunch or large tables with friends and extend the summer.
