We receive Raymond Viale, Chef of the famous restaurant "  the Tamarisk » facing Saint-Clair Beach in Le Lavandou since 1963, who will cook for an evening at Dessirier, his famous bouillabaisse.

The recipe for his bouillabaisse is never really closed, it depends on the supply, and he will bring his local fishing and his fresh natural products to cook them at Dessirier.

Many of you are expected at Dessirier to celebrate the arrival of summer together.

The Bouillabaisse will be presented as in Lavandou, in large "Fauques" in French service.
